KEEP HYDRATED!

Do your very best to drink enough water before your workouts and throughout the day. Drinking enough H20 will keep your energy through the roof and help you loose unwanted weight.

We suggest you wear comfortable clothing, something that you can move in comfortably in for your workout. We recommend athletic footwear and lightweight athletic clothes.
